One of the most challenging things for a campaign is to effectively implement GOTV, Absentee Chase, and Early Vote programs. Political Data Systems can minimize the burden through our Absentee Chase program.

First, to save money, we utilize our email distribution list to email personalized Absentee Ballot Requests to targeted voters. Next, we can also provide conventional mailed requests for those without email addresses (or include those we've emailed to if you wish).

We can then track those requests to see who printed an emailed request, requests received by the County Election Superintendent, when the actual ballot was mailed out, and if/when the ballot was returned. We'll provide convenient reporting so your campaign may follow-up with email or phone calls.

This program will also track and compare performance of non-targeted voters within your district.
